ArteSumapaz hosts a wide range of programs, many of which are in progress, while others exist in the planning stages. Each of the programs complements the activities of the other programs. The residencies expose young emerging artists to the thinking of international artists, while the community would create a backbone of social continuity. In turn, members of the community could participate in and benefit from the activities of the school and residency.
